We are currently seeking Gods direction on the land in Horry County. We are planning Phase 1, which is to build 7 tiny homes made of refurbished modern shipping containers, along with a small community center to be used for education, fellowship, and more. We will continue to add additional tiny homes through Phase 2 and 3.
In Phases 2 an additional 7 tiny homes will be built and in Phase 3 an additional 6 homes will be completed. Our goal is a total of 20 tiny homes within the same community. If space is too limited to expand, our hope is to obtain another parcel of land in Horry County to broaden our reach to those in need.
